GRETAKATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a consultation or purchasing a gown from GretaKate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by Australian consumer law and are designed to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a seamless experience.
-
All consultations are held by appointment at the GretaKate atelier in Norwood, South Australia.
A consultation fee of $80 applies and is payable at the time of booking. This fee is redeemable against the cost of your gown should you proceed.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
-
All gowns are made to order and individually handcrafted in our Adelaide atelier.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence production. This confirms your commitment and secures your place in our production schedule.
Final payment is due prior to the final fitting and collection of your gown.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeline may result in delays.
-
Pricing for collection gowns begins at $4,500. Couture commissions begin at $5,000.
Quotes are based on individual design requirements and include consultations, fittings, and alterations agreed upon during the design process.
-
All fittings are conducted in-studio. Brides are required to attend 5–6 fittings to ensure an optimal fit and finish.
Additional alterations outside the agreed scope may incur further charges.
-
Due to the bespoke nature of our gowns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If a gown is found to have a major fault under Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
-
All GretaKate designs are the intellectual property of GretaKate and may not be reproduced or copied without written permission.
